What a shambles - now on 3rd installation date

Comments: "Having exactly the same issue. Though BT even bother to tell me that they`d switched the installation dates - they just didn`t turn up and I`ve now spent a good three hours in total on hold waiting to speak with a customer services rep who just doesn`t care. To make matters worse they even suggested I speak with OpenReach who are responsible for sorting out the street cables - as if they care about one resident who`s paying £20 a month. Pity that Virgin hasn`t laid cables in my road - I used them in my previous address - I thought at the time that they were bad but in comparison they`re amazing. BT shouldn`t have the monopoly on laying the cables in the first place. I can promise that once my initial contract is up, I will never be a BT customer again :)" -
