BT Response to Complaints

I often get asked how much response there has been from BT to this site, so, here are a few figures:

 

BT have been invited to respond to 431 complaints.
To date, they have posted 7 comments.
They have, however, looked at these complaints 1085 times.
They have looked at the `respond page` of these complaints a total of 550 times.

They have completed 13 surveys! (see below)
They have looked at the `About Site` page 265 times.

....and (as of yesterday at least) my 19 questions still haven`t been answered!

 

We know this because we know some of BT's IP address range. This is freely available information and can be found here.


For your enjoyment, this is how BT's responses to the survey shape up:
