Hints and Tips How to Complain In the first instance you need to voice your concerns to BT. Whether that be by phone, via this site or via their own website, they need to be given the chance to put things right. If you don't get a satisfactory response, you may wish to consider complaining to OFCOM, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries. You can find out more about escalating your complaint through OFCOM here. Keep Track of Your Calls You should keep a log of any calls you make regarding your complaint. This will assist you in formulating a complaint to the regulator, and referring to previous calls when speaking to BT may assist them in resolving your issue.
